anche io dopo "secoli" di inattività su UO vorrei tornare a giocare e mi sono iscritto ieri proprio per questo, ma con OS Catalina ho riscontrato anche io gli stessi problemi:

Spero si possa risolvere al più presto, ho anche provato ad emulare l'applicazione windows installando un programma chiamato Crossover, ma nemmeno con quello funge (naturalmente in questo caso ci ho installato la versione PC e non il porting).

ciao, devi riutilizzare l'installer scaricabile dal sito, l'avvio non necessità di porting o di WINE, parte nativo ed ho appena inserito un assistente nativo, che non necessita di altro se non del client stesso, proprio per il mac partirà unicamente con quell'assistente.

Prova a scaricare il file compresso, ed avvia il gioco una volta che lo avrai decompresso in una directory di tua preferenza:

www.uoitalia.net/host/RunUOI.tar.bz2

per avviare il gioco usa il file uoi-patcher (senza nessuna estensione), vedrai che parte a primo colpo

ciao! penso di aver definitivamente risolto, prova ad aggiornare alla patch 218 ed avvia il gioco, fammi sapere!

Allora, il gioco funziona adesso. Lo sto usando da circa 14 giorni però non posso usare UO Assist ne Razor e quindi mi sono dovuto arrangiare con le hotkey di serie del gioco, inoltre, cosa più grave, il gioco dopo un tot mi manda in kernel panic il computer almeno una volta ad utilizzo e sono costretto a spegnerlo e riaccenderlo. Vi faccio vedere cosa leggo nel terminale durante il gioco (sperando possa essere utile).Grazie a chi vorrà aiutarmi.

l'API uoassist è per altre cose, come assistente hai UOSteam/AssistUO interno che funziona perfettamente.

Perdonami allora, non ho capito come si usa e nessuno è stato in grado di spiegarmelo in game perché tutti usano Razor o altro. Forse mi sono perso una guida. Mi aiuti un po' a capire come fare? In base alle indicazioni che mi danno gli altri mi mancano dei pulsanti per settare i comandi. Posso trovare da qualche parte indicazioni chiare? Stessi problemi

in generale è simile ad uosteam per windows, ma mancano i pulsanti per registrare ed alcune funzionalità non sono terminate, le finirò quanto prima.

Per favore, fammi un esempio per impostare una macro, ad esempio castare una spell e ricaricare mana. Questa è la schermata che mi ritrovo in game. Grazie.

sto provando a installare, ma senza successo, il client su MacOs Catalina.
Ho prima di tutto provato a scaricare il client da questo link www.uoitalia.net/gioca-ora/installazione ma il file una volta decompresso sembra corrotto.
Ho poi trovato questa discussione e scaricato il pacchetto www.uoitalia.net/host/RunUOI.tar.bz2, lancio uoi-patcher ma ricevo questi errori:

onde facilitarvi la vita, qualche settimana fa ho provveduto ad inserire direttamente l'installer per MAC, qui: www.uoitalia.net/gioca-ora/installazione

andate su sezione MacOS e selezionate l'APP

Puoi riprovare Cortesemente?! Il file è stato provato, se hai ancora problemi posso fare un nuovo tentativo ricreandolo ex novo, ma dovrai darmi del tempo.

Nel frattempo puoi mandare delle screen degli errori che ti dà il sistema con l'app nativa per Mac?
