- Le città Chaos diventano fedeli a Elhoim (questo non significa che devono allearsi per forza), riaquistando i comandi per mettere antimagic e cancelli chiusi.

- Tolto il secondo banchiere in tutte le fazioni (1 + 2 forzieri-banca sono sufficienti).

- Buccaneer's Den: Eliminate tutte le rune markate nell'isola e disattivate le magie mark e marchio divino, aggiunto un nuovo banchiere vicino il moongate.

- Dichiarazione di guerra automatica dopo 4 kill e non più 6.

NyxUOI Visitor	MODIFICATI I BOSS FINALI DEI SEGUENTI DUNGEON: Hythloth, Chask the God, Covetous, Wrong, Despice. Aumentato il danno contro i draghi evoluti e diminuito nei confronti dei player.
