The King of the Troglodytes

How far can human madness go? Not even the wisest of the wise knows the answer, yet near the noble city of Trinsic there is a place where perversion reigns supreme.
The folk tales tell of a cave, situated between the mountains that mark the border between the forests of Trinsic and the jungle, within which a tribe of primitive men spent centuries and centuries practicing endogamy. The generations have followed one another and this sick practice has led to the corruption and madness these deviated creatures, to the point that by now it could hardly be called "human".
The inhabitants of Trinsic and the surrounding forests call them Troglodytes, monstrous creatures who practice cannibalism, feeding on any victim who dares get too close to their lair.
It is said that, in spite of their barbarous ways, they serve a King, a huge-sized troglodyte ready to tear to pieces anyone who is crazy enough to challenge him. Be careful, adventurers, in the Troglodyte caves you will find all the treasures they have accumulated over the centuries but also a deadly threat.
